RETURNS POLICY
All goods purchased from Baby Things may be exchanged for a store credit, provided that the goods are returned within two weeks of purchase, have not been used and are in their original packaging.
In the event that your product has arrived damaged or incorrect, contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. Exchanges will be accepted via post or courier at the expense of the customer. Alternatively exchange goods may be returned to our Baby Things store with proof of purchase. Please note that all sale items are not exchangeable.

PAYMENT GATEWAY INFORMATION/SSL TEXT
Our payment options available are endless, but most importantly safe and secure. We offer Credit Card processing and Direct Deposit. Credit Card payments are made directly through DirectOne's 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction.

DELIVERY
Delivery of goods will usually take between 5 and 10 working days. Timeframe varies according to the area to which the goods are being delivered. Please provide accurate street address details when placing your order as we do not deliver to PO Boxes. We are also unable to call customers prior to delivery.
On larger items, there is optional insurance available at the discretion of the customer. Baby Things takes great care when packaging and dispatching baby seats, pram, high chair and all items, in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged through transit or are lost in transit and you have chosen not to insure your goods, Baby Things will be unable to take responsibility.
Baby Things does not deliver to the Northern Territory.

GENERAL
All prices on babythings.com.au are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Baby Things reserve the right to change pricing at anytime without notice.
From time to time, products might be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately to notify you of this and remedy the situation, either by way of giving you the opportunity to cancel your order, helping you choose an alternate product or placing your order on back-order. In the event that only one or more of your multiple order is not available at the time, the items in–stock will be dispatched to you, and the back–ordered item shipped once we have received it.
Baby Things reserves to right to alter both in store and online pricing.
